Our complete range of reports includes:
- Monthly billing recap - this report gives you an overview of all accounts and notifies you of the actual account status and all move in/out activities during the recent billing cycle
- Performance report - reports active, vacant and pending units, and amounts billed and collected for the entire property
- Aging report - reflects residents with outstanding balances
Meter Reads
Our reading techniques include wireless or scan reading systems. Readings are acquired from offsite or onsite locations, offering easy access to the latest consumption figures while avoiding disturbing the resident.
Each month, we gather the meter readings, print and mail the bills to residents and edit administrative reports. Utility bills always look professional and include a return envelope. Axelrod will be in charge of the collection process, which will save you time and money. The collected funds will be transferred monthly. If a property wishes to do their own collections, Axelrod just sends the bills to the residents. The remittance address is usually the property's leasing office address.
